The three of us took a trip to Oklahoma! We spent Mother's Day weekend in the little town of Fairview. Little T got to visit Grandma and Grandpa Simmons and see where his Daddy grew up. It was extra special because some of Tomm's family drove up from Texas! We had a blast hanging out together... we spent a lot of the time outside, walking around getting acquainted with the small town, visiting the coffee shop on Main St (frozen caramel latte, oh my!), window shopping and going to the park. Not much had changed since the last time Tomm was there (10+ years). It was fun to hear about all of Tomm's childhood/teen stories of reeking havoc upon the little town. haha!

We're on our way... Little T's first plane ride! He was such a great traveler!

It sounds weird but... I loved seeing so many old cars parked around town. Florida has become a little too "Smart" for my liking.And a nice view of the water tower and big trees that are EVERYWHERE.

This little mama squirrel was very pregnant and she was busy looking for food... she was practically ignoring us as we walked by and more concerned with nourishing her babies. How sweet!

Such charm everywhere you go! Every building has a human's touch on it. After spending time in a small town, everything seems so impersonal in a larger city.
